Waiter / Steward

Job Title: Waiter / Steward (Male) required for Pure Veg Specialty Restaurant

Both Part Time as Well as Full Time Work Available.

Salary Band: 8000-18000 pm

Work Location: Velachery, Chennai.

Accommodation available for full time staff.

Staff meals provided.

Qualification: 12th std pass (minimum).

Experience: 0-5 years in field of Restaurant, Hotel F&B. Freshers also welcome.

Languages: Should know basic English (speak+read+write).

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of dining area before service begins - crockery, cutlery, tables, chairs etc should all be in their best condition

- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, glass, etc. throughout the duty hours.

- Greet customer, make them comfortable, allocate tables and answer queries if required

- Present menu, answer queries, suggest dishes to customers as per their preferences

- Taking the orders and serving of food and beverages. Clearly communicate customer preferences to kitchen.

- Responsible for clearing, collecting and returning food and beverage items to proper area.

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

- He will also be responsible for day to day inventory check.

- He shall assist in other essential activities like purchasing provisions, packaging material, housekeeping items, stationery, etc.

- Should have aptitude for hospitality and attention to detail.

- Should have pleasant personality, and excellent grooming.
