📝 Job Overview: Hiring Boys Hostel Warden to manage daily hostel operations, ensure discipline, safety, and smooth functioning of the hostel environment. / बॉयज़ हॉस्टल वार्डन की आवश्यकता है जो हॉस्टल के दैनिक कार्य, अनुशासन और सुरक्षा को संभाले।
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules / अनुशासन बनाए रखना और नियम लागू करना
• Supervise students and daily hostel activities / छात्रों और दैनिक गतिविधियों की निगरानी करना
• Ensure safety and security of residents and property / निवासियों और संपत्ति की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना
• Manage housekeeping, security, and support staff / हाउसकीपिंग, सिक्योरिटी और स्टाफ को संभालना
• Handle student issues and resolve conflicts / छात्रों की समस्याएं संभालना और समाधान करना
• Maintain attendance, visitor records, and reports / उपस्थिति, विज़िटर रिकॉर्ड और रिपोर्ट बनाए रखना
• Coordinate with management and parents when required / मैनेजमेंट और माता-पिता से समन्वय करना
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance / साफ-सफाई और रखरखाव सुनिश्चित करना
• Oversee food and hostel arrangements / भोजन और हॉस्टल व्यवस्था देखना
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass or below / न्यूनतम योग्यता: 10वीं
