Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices and maintain billing records.
- Prepare daily dispatch and stock reports.
- Manage GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and inventory records.
- Monitor stock movement and perform stock reconciliation.
- Track damaged materials and maintain related records.
- Maintain sample issue and return records.
- Coordinate insurance claim documentation and follow-up.
- Ensure accurate warehouse documentation and MIS reporting.
- Work with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth operations
