Warehouse Executive

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day data entry, documentation, inventory tracking, and coordinating inbound and outbound logistics. This role bridges the gap between physical stock management and digital record-keeping.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation & Data Entry: Accurately prepare and update Goods Received Notes (GRN), delivery challans, invoices, and picking lists in the system.
• Inventory Management: Maintain real-time stock records using MS Excel or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Conduct regular physical stock counts and highlight discrepancies.
• Inbound & Outbound Coordination: Coordinate with transport drivers, couriers, and vendors for timely loading and unloading of material. Ensure correct dispatch labeling.
• Compliance: Maintain neat and orderly physical files for all bills, gate passes, and transport documents for statutory records.
• Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Any Graduate or Diploma holder (Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commerce backgrounds preferred).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a warehouse data executive or logistics role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is mandatory. Familiarity with any ERP/WMS (like SAP, Tally, or custom software) is a huge advantage.
