Job Description:
- Deliver classroom instruction and practical training for assigned subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and instructional materials.
- Demonstrate operation, maintenance, and safe use of tools, machines, and equipment.
- Conduct assessments, theory &practical tests, and student evaluations.
- Maintain workshop/lab discipline and safety standards.
- Track student attendance, progress, and performance records.
- Assist students with industrial exposure and placements.
- Update training methods based on current industry practices and technologies.
- Support extracurricular activities, skill competitions, and institutional events.
Required Skills:
- Passion in teaching
- Strong technical and practical knowledge in the relevant trade.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to train and mentor students effectively.
- Classroom and workshop management skills.
- Patience and teamwork.
- Ability to build good relationships with students.
