Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analyst who can collect, process, analyze, and interpret data to help business teams make informed decisions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets, creating reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics for different departments.
- Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy.
- Work closely with management and business teams to understand reporting requirements.
- Prepare presentations and reports with actionable insights.
- Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Automate recurring reports wherever possible.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Understanding of data visualization principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
