Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager (Female) to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing complete HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR strategy while supporting our fast-growing manufacturing business.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing, office staff, sales, R&D, QC, and management positions.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Develop employer branding initiatives.
- HR OperationsHandle employee onboarding and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
- Performance ManagementImplement KPI and performance appraisal systems.
- Conduct probation reviews and annual performance evaluations.
- Support employee development and career planning.
- Employee EngagementOrganize employee engagement activities.
- Resolve employee grievances professionally.
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys.
- Compliance & PayrollEnsure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll processing with the accounts department.
- Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
- Handle disciplinary actions and documentation.
- HR StrategyDevelop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Prepare HR budgets and manpower planning.
- Support business expansion through workforce planning.
