Job Description
Sets up, operates, and maintains a flexographic press to print graphics onto packaging materials (plastics, foils, paper) while ensuring high quality and minimal waste.
- Key Responsibilities
- Setup: Mount printing plates, mix inks, and load material rolls.
- Operation: Run the press and monitor alignment, color accuracy, and print quality.
- Maintenance: Clean rollers/plates and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Quality Check: Inspect packaging for defects against approved samples.
- Quick Requirements
- Experience: 1–3+ years with flexographic printing presses.
- Skills: Ink management, color matching, and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Physical: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Excellent color vision.
