Site Engineer

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Site Engineers to support the installation, commissioning, and execution of industrial equipment and galvanizing plant projects at customer sites.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career engineers who are eager to gain hands-on experience in project execution, site coordination, and industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation and commissioning of galvanizing plants and related equipment.

Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is executed according to drawings and project specifications.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.

Verify material availability and coordinate logistics for site requirements.

Conduct site inspections and report deviations or challenges to senior engineers.

Assist in project handover and customer training activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of relevant site experience are welcome to apply.

Basic understanding of engineering drawings and industrial equipment.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel extensively and work at project sites across India.
