Store & Purchase In-charge

• Job Responsibilities :Receive, count and verify incoming raw materials, bought-out items and job work materials.
• Ensure proper material identification, tagging and storage after quality approval.
• Prepare and maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries in ERP/system.
• Maintain proper records of inward and outward material movement.
• Issue materials to production as per approved requirements and maintain issue records.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow FIFO (First In First Out) system for material storage and issue.
• Perform periodic stock verification and cycle counting.
• Generate Purchase Requisition (PR)/Indent based on stock requirements and reorder levels.
• Obtain quotations from vendors for regular purchase items.
• Prepare and send Purchase Orders (PO) to suppliers and follow up for deliveries.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production and Quality departments for smooth material flow.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the store area.
• Ensure all store and purchase transactions are updated in ERP/system on a timely basis.

Preferred Candidate

• Profile: Experience in Store and Inventory Management in a manufacturing company.
• Basic knowledge of Purchase activities and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, GRN, PR, PO and inventory records.
• Knowledge of FIFO and stock control methods.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
