The Warranty Executive is responsible for handling warranty claim processing, documentation, and coordination with OEMs to ensure timely approval and settlement of warranty claims in the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and submit warranty claims as per company and OEM guidelines.
Verify job cards, repair orders, and spare parts details before claim submission.
Maintain proper warranty documentation and records.
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and spare parts departments.
Follow up on pending, rejected, and approved warranty claims.
Ensure warranty claims are submitted within the prescribed timeline.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warranty MIS reports.
Handle warranty audits and ensure compliance with OEM standards.
Monitor warranty parts return and claim settlement process.
Support customer satisfaction by resolving warranty-related concerns efficiently.
Analyze recurring failures and report technical issues to management/OEM.
Maintain accurate data entry in DMS/ERP systems.
Qualification: ITI / Graduate / Diploma
Experience: Fresher to 3 years of experience in warranty handling or service operations in the automobile industry.
