Job Description:
We are hiring a Vendor Onboarding Executive to manage and support sellers on our eCommerce platform. The candidate will be responsible for onboarding vendors, assisting with product listings, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard new vendors on the platform
• Assist vendors with product listing and catalog setup
• Ensure product details, pricing & images are accurate
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Handle vendor queries and provide support
• Maintain vendor records and documentation
- Assist vendors to list their products on our platform
Skills Required:
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce
• MS Excel / Data handling
• Coordination & problem-solving skills
Qualification:
Any Graduate / Relevant Experience
