HR Executive | JV Overseas Pvt. Ltd.
JV Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a professional and result-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment operations, employee coordination, onboarding processes, and supporting daily HR activities within the organization.
We are seeking a confident and organized individual who can manage hiring processes efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive workplace environment.
- Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring process
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with management and different departments
- Manage onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR operations
- Support employee engagement and workplace coordination
- Post job openings on portals and social platforms
- Requirements:Minimum 1 Year of HR / Recruitment Experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets
- Professional attitude and team coordination ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred:Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Education consultancy or startup experience is a plus
- MBA HR or relevant qualification preferred
