skill development.

2. Lesson Planning & Material Development

Prepare structured lesson plans for different proficiency levels.

Develop worksheets, presentations, and multimedia learning resources.

Customize content based on learners’ age, background, and goals.

3. Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct oral, written, and comprehension tests regularly.

Track learners’ progress and identify areas for improvement.

Provide constructive feedback and suggest practice strategies.

4. Soft Skills & Communication Training

Train learners in polite expressions, public speaking, and conversation skills.

Focus on pronunciation clarity, voice modulation, and effective body language.

Build confidence for interviews, presentations, and professional communication.

5. Student Mentoring & Support Guide

students in overcoming hesitation and language barriers.

Provide one-on-one coaching for struggling learners.

Encourage consistent practice and self-learning habits.

6. Professional Development & Reporting

Maintain attendance records and progress reports.

Share performance updates with management or parents (if applicable).
