Job SummaryEcogateway Infratech LLP is seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor / Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities at our Chitrakoot project site. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring civil works, managing site manpower, ensuring quality standards, verifying measurements, and maintaining compliance with approved drawings and project specifications.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Manage and coordinate site labor, subcontractors, and construction teams.
• Inspect ongoing work and identify any construction discrepancies, deviations, or quality issues.
• Verify measurements and quantities of completed work as per approved standards.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and construction standards.
• Coordinate with project management, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Maintain records of work progress, manpower deployment, and material utilization.
• Monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Report site challenges and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to management.
• Required QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Knowledge of construction measurement methods and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and manpower management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic reporting.
