Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle Electrical O&M activities of the Phosphoric Acid / Fertilizer Plant.
  • Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
  • Maintain HT/LT systems, Transformers, Switchgears, MCC, PCC, Motors, VFDs, UPS, DG Sets and Electrical Panels.
  • Execute shutdown maintenance, commissioning activities and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Ensure equipment reliability, power availability and compliance with electrical safety standards.
  • Lead the electrical maintenance team and coordinate with operations.
  • Maintain SAP PM/MIS reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.
  • Follow HSE practices including PTW, LOTO and 5S.


  • Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in Phosphoric
  • Acid Plant / Fertilizer Plant Electrical Maintenance (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of HT/LT distribution systems, Motors, VFDs, MCC/PCC and Switchgears.
  • Experience in DCS/PLC-based process plants and commissioning activities.
  • Good electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
  • Team handling and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety standards, PTW & LOTO.
  • SAP PM knowledge preferred.
