Job Title: Petrol Bunk Manager

Location: Palamakulapalle, Bangarupalem, Chitoor

Job Summary:

The Petrol Bunk Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the fuel station, ensuring efficient fuel sales, customer satisfaction, staff supervision, inventory control, cash management, and compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the petrol bunk.
• Supervise and coordinate fuel attendants and other staff.
• Monitor fuel stock levels and coordinate fuel deliveries.
• Ensure accurate daily sales, cash handling, and banking activities.
• Maintain records of fuel receipts, sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Monitor fuel dispensing equipment and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Prevent fuel loss, pilferage, and operational discrepancies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fuel station, retail, or operations management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, billing and accounting software).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
