Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Complete installation of assigned residential solar sites as per the approved Detailed Project Report (DPR) Handle material shifting and site readiness Install structure, modules, earthing, cabling, and inverter systems Execute civil works including foundations for structure and earthing Configure RMS (Remote Monitoring System) Provide system explanation and basic training to customers Ensure all SOPs are followed, including pre- and post-installation documentation Required Skills and Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: Candidates must have completed Class 12 / ITI / Diploma Completion of a 3-month Skill Development Course Willingness to travel extensively Good oral and written communication skills Additional Requirements: Strong ownership with a passion for delivering high-quality results Willingness to learn, upskill, and undertake tasks such as site surveys and material inspection Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
