Role
As a TM line incharge - Production Engineering, you will be part of Plant operations team and will report to Section Head -Production engineering.You will be responsible for developing & implement methods to determine and optimize resources for daily plant operations i.e. People,Machine, Space, Material and Information & Projects execution for improving PQCDMS

A Day in the life
1. Plant Facilitation
2.Strengthening of Processes & System
3.3.Development of standardsfor operations / work flow
for new /existing models
4.Layout Planning &implementation for New Project & Layout improvement for existing area
5. Calculation and Evaluationof Work Content.
6.Execution of Work ContentEfficiency Projects &productivity improvement projects.
7.Planning & Execution of monthly IE Activities
Academic Qualification & Experience
B. Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years of experience in Manufacturing (Engineering department)
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Design:- AutoCAD software, CATIA Software
Application- SAP, PLMKnowledge of PMTS –Method Study, MOST
Analytical skill of Line balancing, efficiency and losses
management.
Other:-- Drawing reading, manufacturing knowledge,
Industrial Safety Norms Knowledge, Advance Excel, Power
Point, Word, M.S Project Manager.
Behavioural Skills
Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skill, Communication skills, Negotiation skills, Continuous learning, Analytical and Problem Solving skill. Planning & organising skills
