Security Supervisor

·      Monitor and guide security guards during shifts

·      Assign duties and ensure proper attendance

·      Check discipline, uniform, and behavior

·      Ensure entry/exit control of people and vehicles

·      Verify ID cards, visitor passes, and materials movement

·      Prevent unauthorized access

·      Conduct regular rounds of the premises

·      Ensure safety of property and employees

·      Handle theft, fire, accidents, or any emergency

·      Prepare incident reports and inform management

·      Coordinate with police/fire department if required

·      Maintain registers (visitor log, vehicle log, material movement)

·      Prepare daily/weekly security reports

·      Train guards on duties, safety procedures, and discipline

·      Conduct mock drills (fire, emergency evacuation)

·      Ensure rules of company and safety policies are followed

·      Check fire extinguishers, alarms, and emergency exits

·      Communicate with company management or clients

·      Address complaints and improve service quality
