Academic Counselor

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Abroad Academic Counselor to guide students preparing for NEET and JEE examinations who are interested in pursuing higher education opportunities abroad. The counselor will provide academic guidance, career planning support, and assist students in identifying suitable international pathways related to medical and engineering studies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Counseling

• Provide career guidance to students preparing for NEET and JEE exams.
• Counsel students on international education pathways in medicine, engineering, and related fields.
• Assess students' academic profiles, interests, and career goals.

2. Abroad Education Guidance

• Explain options for studying MBBS or Engineering abroad.
• Guide students on admission requirements, eligibility, and entrance exams.
• Provide information about universities, countries, and programs.

3. Academic Planning

• Support students in aligning NEET/JEE preparation with international admission requirements.
• Help students plan academic pathways and backup options.

4. Application Support

• Assist students with university applications, documentation, and admission procedures.
• Guide students on SOPs, resumes, and required documents.

5. Parent Interaction

• Conduct counseling sessions with parents to explain academic pathways and overseas opportunities.
• Address concerns regarding career prospects, safety, and program quality.

6. Collaboration

• Work closely with academic teams, faculty, and admission teams.
• Coordinate with partner universities or international admission offices.

7. Seminars & Workshops

• Organize webinars, seminars, and information sessions for students about NEET/JEE pathways and abroad education opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Science, or related field.
• Experience in academic counseling, education consulting, or study abroad guidance.
• Good understanding of NEET, JEE, and international admission processes.

Preferred Experience
