Accountant

Name of the Company: Esperto Car Care, Goldwins

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, billing, stock coordination, and customer-related activities. Should have good knowledge and experience in GST filing, TDS calculations and filing, monthly books close, reconciliations. Working knowledge in Tally

Key Responsibilities

Tally data entry: Sales, Purchase, Receipts, Payments

Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) preparation

Preparation of Debtors & Creditors statements

Payment follow-ups and collection from customers

Processing invoices, expense forms, and payment requests

Maintaining stock reports and coordinating inventory records

Handling customer interactions related to billing and accounts

Managing petty cash transactions

Preparing bills, invoices, and receipts

Maintaining proper accounting records, filing, and documentation

Supporting overall office and accounts operations

Requirements

Working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)

Basic accounting knowledge

Good communication skills (Tamil & basic English preferred)

Ability to handle customers and follow up on payments

Basic MS Excel knowledge

Ability to work independently and responsibly
