Job Description
Accounts, Admin & HR Executive (Restaurant)
Responsible for managing overall back-office operations including accounts, administration, and HR functions. Handles daily billing, cash management, vendor payments, purchase entries, and expense tracking, along with basic compliance (GST, invoices). TALLY Experience REQUIRED ,Maintains stock and inventory coordination with kitchen and store.
Manages recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and shift scheduling. Maintains employee records, handles staff queries and grievances, and ensures discipline and smooth workforce operations.
Also oversees general administration, documentation, and coordination between kitchen, service, and management to ensure efficient day-to-day restaurant operations. TIMINGS - 10.30 am to 3.30 pm and 6.30 pm to 11 pm
