Accounts Executive

Accounting Operations

• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries.
• Process vendor invoices and customer receipts.
• Perform bank reconciliation and cash book reconciliation.
• Maintain petty cash records and expense statements.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor payments as per approved schedules.
• Follow up on customers outstanding payments.
• Reconcile customer and vendor ledgers regularly.
• Prepare aging reports for receivables and payables.
• Maintain statutory records and documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors during statutory and tax audits.

Financial Reporting

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Generate financial reports as required by management.
• Support budgeting and expense tracking activities.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
• Verify supporting documents before processing payments.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Service, Logistics, and HR departments for financial documentation.
