Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping & Ledgers: Maintain accurate general ledgers, process journal entries, and record day-to-day business transactions.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable: Issue customer invoices, track incoming payments (collections), and process vendor/supplier invoices.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and vendor statement reconciliations to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Compliance & Auditing: Prepare data for internal/external audits, handle petty cash, and assist in statutory filings (e.g., GST or tax returns).
- Financial Reporting: Assist management by preparing month-end/year-end closing reports, balance sheets, and profit-and-loss statements
