Job Description

Job Title: Accounts Payable – Invoice Processing

Location: Coimbatore


Job Summary:We are looking for candidates with experience in Accounts Payable and Invoice Processing to manage invoice verification, processing, vendor query handling, and reporting activities with high accuracy.

  • Key Responsibilities:Process and verify invoices accurately within timelines
  • Handle PO/Non-PO invoices, GRN validation, and GL coding
  • Resolve vendor queries through email/ticketing systems
  • Validate invoice details such as PO number, tax codes, bank details, and currency
  • Perform internal audits and maintain process compliance
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth finance operations
  • Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field
  • Experience in Accounts Payable/Finance operations
  • Hands-on SAP ERP experience preferred
  • Good communication and MS Office skills
  • Flexible to work in UK/US shifts
