- Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day administrative operations of the pet clinic.
- Handle reception, appointments, and customer coordination.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations, vaccinations, surgeries, and follow-up visits.
- Attend calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and customer queries professionally.
- Maintain patient/pet records, medical documents, and appointment details.
- Coordinate with veterinarians and support staff for daily schedules.
- Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic cash management.
- Maintain records of medicines, consumables, and other clinic supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of the clinic.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain daily reports related to appointments, billing, inventory, and clinic operations.
- Monitor staff attendance and coordinate duty schedules.
- Assist with basic HR and administrative activities for clinic staff.
- Ensure clinic policies and procedures are followed.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and pet medical information.
- Handle any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the management.
