Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document application designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within the Salesforce Experience Cloud environment.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud to align with business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application functionality and integration.
- Familiarity with user interface design and user experience considerations in application development.
- Capability to work with data models and security settings within Salesforce Experience Cloud.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
