Summary:
As an Application Lead, a typical day involves spearheading the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the main liaison for project stakeholders. This role requires overseeing the progress of application initiatives, coordinating with various teams to ensure alignment, and driving the delivery of high-quality solutions. The Application Lead actively manages project timelines and resources, facilitates communication across departments, and ensures that application objectives are met efficiently and effectively throughout the development lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the planning and execution of application development activities to meet project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and organizational standards throughout the application lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within Salesforce CPQ environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration and migration processes related to Salesforce platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
