Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying root causes and resolving problems efficiently to maintain system stability and performance. The position demands continuous engagement with multiple teams to ensure seamless operation and timely resolution of incidents, contributing to the overall health and reliability of critical applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to prevent recurring issues.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Knowledge of scripting languages to automate routine tasks.
- Understanding of monitoring and alerting frameworks to ensure system health.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud Automation DevOps.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
