Job Summary

We are hiring a Service Advisor to join our Service Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their service requirements, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery with excellent customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and explain service estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service work.
• Keep customers updated on service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Deliver vehicles after service and explain the work carried out.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain service records and update the CRM/DMS system.
• Achieve service quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• EligibilityDiploma/ITI/Any Graduate.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Automobile/EV industry preferred).
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/DMS systems.
• Ability to work in a team and handle customers professionally.
