Job Description

Office Assistant / Back Office Staff


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and follow up on courier dispatches and deliveries.
  • Handle parcel pick-up and delivery arrangements with vendors and customers.
  • Assist in procurement and purchase-related activities.
  • Follow up with vendors for quotations, orders, and material deliveries.
  • Maintain purchase records, courier records, and other office documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for office-related requirements.
  • Support inventory and stationery management.
  • Assist in preparing reports, data entries, and maintaining files.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
  • Perform general administrative and office support activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Excel).
  • Good communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to maintain records and documentation.
  • Responsible, organized, and punctual.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

  • Minimum qualification - 10th or 12th
  • Freshers or candidates with relevant office administration experience may apply.
