Job Summary:We are looking for a polite and professional Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer calls, respond to enquiries, and maintain good customer relationships. The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support.

  • Key Responsibilities:Attend incoming customer phone calls and enquiries
  • Respond to customer messages and follow-ups promptly
  • Provide product and order-related information to customers
  • Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and accounts teams when required
  • Maintain customer records and communication details
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
  • Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, email, ERP preferred)
  • Ability to speak politely and professionally with customers
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
