Role Description
Job Purpose
The person will be working on assignments of Asian Paints Beautiful Homes, a One Stop Interior Solution from Asian Paints Ltd. The role involves understanding customer requirements and assisting them in selecting Bath and Sanitary products such as showers, faucets, kitchen sinks, sanitaryware, accessories, wellness products, and bathroom solutions. The objective is to drive sales, provide consultations, and enhance the customer experience while achieving business targets.
- Spending approximately 70% of the time in the field meeting influencers and prospective customers and 30% of the time in-store attending walk-ins and consultations.
Role Requirements / Specifications
Qualifications
Essential:
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder preferred.
Previous Experience
Desired:
- Experience in market development or sales roles in Bath, Sanitaryware, Faucets, Tiles, Electricals, Home Improvement, or allied industries.
Functional Competencies
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Bath & Sanitary products.
- Skilled in MS Excel and basic computer operations.
