Branch Manager

• Key ResponsibilitiesBranch OperationsOversee the daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Monitor appointment scheduling, patient flow, and overall operational efficiency.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Team ManagementLead and supervise Front Office Executives, Customer Care Executives, Telecalling Executives, Estheticians, and support staff.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team performance.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure optimum manpower utilization.
• Foster a positive, performance-driven work culture.
• Sales & Revenue GrowthAchieve monthly revenue and clinic performance targets.
• Monitor consultation conversions, treatment package sales, and patient retention.
• Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and increase repeat business.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Patient Relationship ManagementEnsure every patient receives a premium customer experience.
• Monitor patient feedback and implement service improvements.
• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Inventory & AdministrationOversee inventory management for skincare products, consumables, and clinic supplies.
• Coordinate procurement and vendor management.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing accuracy, and record maintenance.
• Monitor operational expenses and optimize resource utilization.
• Reporting & Performance MonitoringPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Track KPIs such as lead conversion, revenue, patient retention, and staff productivity.
• Report operational insights and recommendations to management.
• QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• MBA is an added advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch operations, clinic management, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, or premium retail.
• Experience in dermatology, aesthetics, hospitals, salons, or wellness clinics is preferred.
• Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and team supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• CompensationSalary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
