Branch Sales Manager - Retail
- Responsible for managing branch sales operations focused on retail banking products. - Oversee sales targets, customer acquisition, and relationship management within the branch. - Coordinate with the inclusive banking division to promote financial products in Tamil Nadu regions including Erode, Coimbatore, and Sundrapuram. - Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals and enhance customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. - Drive business growth through strategic planning and execution of sales initiatives. - Maintain strong local market knowledge to identify new business opportunities. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline branch operations and improve service delivery.Job role
