Additionally, the role supports transformational initiatives by developing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects, fostering collaboration and driving impactful change within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance overall team capability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
