Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Counselor to guide students and job seekers about our software training programs. The candidate will be responsible for counseling prospects, converting leads into enrollments, and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship building.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and job seekers regarding software training programs and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Explain course details, training benefits, placement support, and career paths.
- Convert inquiries into course enrollments and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong relationships.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with trainers and the marketing team for seminars, webinars, and demo sessions.
- Conduct campus visits, seminars, and promotional activities if required.
- Provide regular reports on admissions and business development activities.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and counseling skills
- Strong sales and negotiation ability
- Good presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of IT/software courses is an advantage
- Ability to handle student queries and objections effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools
