Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Tele-Calling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided databases.
• Generate qualified leads for sales and business development teams.
• Explain company products and services to potential customers.
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
• Maintain daily call records and lead status updates.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Address customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are addressed.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate market requirements to management.

3. Sales Support Activities

• Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
• Support promotional campaigns and business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for customer requirements.

4. Market Intelligence

• Collect information on customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Identify potential business opportunities and new customer segments.
• Maintain and update customer databases and contact information. 

Mandatory

• Fluency in English
• Fluency in Malayalam

Preferred

• Ability to converse in Hindi will be an added advantage.
