Job Title: Business Development Executive

Role Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for lead generation, client engagement, and converting prospects into projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Campaign Support
- Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Support social media management, including content creation and posting
- Help prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotional activities
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports
2. Data Sourcing & Database Management
- Identify and collect contact details of business owners and decision-makers
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, IndiaMART, Justdial, and other directories for data sourcing
- Maintain, update, and manage customer and lead databases
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
3. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Perform cold calling and telemarketing to explain services to prospective clients
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups
- Execute outreach campaigns via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Build relationships with associates such as CAs, CS, consultants, and industry partners
- Deliver basic presentations to potential clients or associates
4. Lead Conversion & Sales Support
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services
- Prepare proposals, estimates, and explain service offerings
- Convert leads into projects and support payment follow-ups
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and demos for the sales team
- Assist in achieving sales targets and releasing work orders
5. Customer Relationship Management
- Assist in collecting customer feedback and maintaining relationships
- Support basic CRM activities and ensure timely follow-ups
- Track lead status and maintain reports such as Lead Tracker and Order Tracker
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain and update CRM systems and reporting tools
- Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, and sales performance
- Prepare reports on calling activities and campaign effectiveness
7. Skill Development & Growth
- Develop communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Enhance knowledge of services and market trends
- Progress toward higher roles, such as Business Development Manager
Qualifications: BBA / MBA (Marketing)
Salary Package:
Gross salary ranging from ₹15,000 to 18000, inclusive of all company benefits.
