Job Summary:The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving business growth and building strong relationships with agents, partners, and customers. The role involves acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective channel management and strategic planning.

• Agency Development:

• Recruit, train, and develop agents/advisors under the agency channel.
