Job Description
Sales Manager (Life Insurance – Agency Channel
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Agency Channel for Life Insurance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance advisors
- Drive sales through agency network and achieve business targets
- Ensure activation and productivity of advisors on a regular basis
- Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews with advisors
- Generate new business through customer acquisition (field & digital)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers
- Support advisors in closing sales through joint field calls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in training programs and weekly/monthly reviews
- 🔹 Candidate Requirements: Graduate (mandatory)
- 6 months of experience in sales (Life Insurance preferred) / Sales
- Strong experience in advisor recruitment and team handling
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Local candidate preferred with good market knowledge
- Must own a personal vehicle
