Job Description – Call Center Executive (Hindi – Telesales)
Company Name: Consolidated Private Limited
Location: Vadacovai
Experience: 1+ years in Telesales
Salary: ₹18,000 + ₹5,000 Incentives (Performance-based)
Work Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Weekly Off: Rotational
- Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers in Hindi and explain company products/services
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and sales reports
- Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines
- Handle customer queries effectively and build strong relationships
- Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or call center
- Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory)
- Basic understanding of English (preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Key Skills: Hindi communication (verbal fluency)
