Job Description – Call Center Executive (Hindi – Telesales)

Salary: ₹18,000 + ₹5,000 Incentives (Performance-based)

Work Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Weekly Off: Rotational

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to customers in Hindi and explain company products/services
• Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and sales reports
• Achieve assigned sales targets within deadlines
• Handle customer queries effectively and build strong relationships
• Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or call center
• Fluency in Hindi (Mandatory)
• Basic understanding of English (preferred)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Key Skills: Hindi communication (verbal fluency)
