Job Description
Job Summary
The Chennai Mobiles is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Cashier to manage billing transactions accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Receive payments through cash, cards, UPI, and other digital payment methods.
- Generate invoices and maintain transaction records.
- Ensure proper cash handling and balance the cash register at the end of the day.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries and provide a smooth checkout experience.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding product billing and promotional offers.
- Maintain daily sales reports and submit cash collections as per company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
