Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and customer-friendly Cashier for our paint shop. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing, cash transactions, maintaining daily sales records, and providing excellent customer service.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
  • Generate invoices and bills using the billing software.
  • Maintain daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day reports.
  • Ensure proper cash balance and reconcile accounts at the end of each shift.
  • Assist customers with billing-related queries.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and payments.
  • Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Ensure the billing counter is clean and organized.
  • Support basic inventory and stock entry, if required.
  • Follow company policies for cash handling and financial transactions.
