Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible CNC Lathe Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate should be able to operate CNC turning machines, ensure quality production, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Lathe (Turning Center) machines.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Read engineering drawings and follow job instructions.
- Perform tool offset corrections and basic machine setting adjustments.
- Measure components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet drawing specifications and quality standards.
- Replace inserts and cutting tools when required.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Report machine issues or quality problems to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
