We are hiring TELECALLERS & FIELD EXECUTIVES FOR BANK LOAN COLLECTION PROCESS LOCATED AT COIMBATORE, TRICHY, MADURAI


  • SALARY
  • For Tele callers Rs. 12000 to Rs.18000 plus Incentives based on Performance
  • For Field Executives Rs. 17000 to Rs. 20000 plus Incentives based on Performance



  • Candidates should know multi language is added advantage
  • Both Genders are allowed to apply
  • Education-Minimum 10th - Graduation
  • If have DRA Certificate is added advantage
  • For Field Executives Must have 2 wheeler & Valid Driving license.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound collection calls to customers with overdue payments.
  • Remind customers of due dates and outstanding balances in a professional manner.
  • Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely collection of dues.
  • Update customer interaction details and payment status in the system.
  • Explain billing details, charges, and account information clearly to customers.
  • Resolve customer queries related to payments, bills, or account discrepancies.
  • Identify skip/defaulter cases and escalate them to the supervisor when required.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during communication.
