Job Description
NEEED TO SUPERVISE LABOURS INSIDE COMPANY, 12 HOURS SHIFT (7.30 AM - 8.30 PM)
SHOULD BE REPORT DAILY ATTENDANCE, TASK COMPLETION REPORT, BASIC ONBOARDING DUTIES
SUPERVISE DAILY PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES.
ENSURE PRODUCTION TARGETS ARE ACHIEVED WITHIN PLANNED SCHEDULE
ALLOCATE MANPOWER BASED ON PRODUCTION REQUIREMENTS
Prepare daily production reports.
Maintain attendance and overtime records.
Record production output and rejection details.
Submit daily progress updates to management.
Ensure machines and equipment are operated properly.
Report maintenance requirements immediately.
Ensure all employees wear PPE (Safety Shoes, Helmets, Gloves, Goggles, Ear Protection).
Enforce company safety rules and procedures.
Report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.
