Computer Operator

🌟 About the Role

We are looking for a smart, reliable, and organized Computer Operator who enjoys handling routine office work and communicating with customers. This role is ideal for someone who likes structure, takes ownership of tasks, and prefers working closely with the business owner to keep daily operations running smoothly.

You will be a key support person in our office—managing basic computer work, coordinating with customers, and ensuring everything is well-documented and reported.

🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily computer-based tasks such as data entry, documentation, and record maintenance

• Coordinate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in person regarding routine queries and updates
• Handle basic office administration work (follow-ups, filing, scheduling, and tracking)
• Prepare daily/weekly reports and submit them directly to the Owner
• Assist in managing invoices, basic Excel work, and internal records
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and management
• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks

🎯 What We’re Looking ForBasic to good knowledge of computers, Tally , MS Excel

• Comfortable communicating in a polite and professional manner
• Well-organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
• Able to follow instructions and report directly to the Owner
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for routine tasks
• Prior office or computer operator experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
