Job Description
- Script Engaging Hooks: Write high-retention, 3 to 5-second visual and textual hooks that stop users from scrolling past our Reels.
- Storyboarding & Scripting: Concept and write clear, fast-paced scripts (15 to 60 seconds) that balance entertainment with brand promotion.
- Trend Jacking: Monitor Instagram daily to identify trending audios, challenges, and formats, rapidly adapting them to our brand voice.
- On-Screen Copy: Create snappy, aesthetic on-screen text overlays, captions, and call-to-actions (CTAs) that maximize comments and shares.
- Viral Content Strategy: Brainstorm creative concepts designed to go viral, focusing on relatable humor, educational value, or high-aesthetic storytelling.
- Collaborate with Creators: Partner with video editors and on-screen talent to ensure the written script translates perfectly into video format.
- Engagement Optimization: Craft psychological triggers within content to encourage saves, shares, and high-volume comment sections.
- Audience Research: Analyze competitor Reels and audience insights to deeply understand what content formats perform best in our niche.
- Experience: Proven track record of writing short-form video scripts (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) with a portfolio showing measurable view or engagement growth.
- Key Skills: Deep understanding of the Instagram algorithm, mastery of internet culture/slang, and excellent creative copywriting skills.
